We prepare and file your year-end accounts with Companies House, keeping everything compliant and clean.

We calculate your company’s tax position and submit it to HMRC accurately and on time.

🤩 Confirmation Statement Filing
We’ll take care of updating your company records with Companies House so everything stays up to date.

🤩 Director’s Self-Assessment Tax Return

We’ll get our payroll team partners to run a tax-efficient director’s monthly payroll for you, so your salary is processed correctly and compliantly.

Who is the Core Compliance Package for?

This is the perfect starting point for limited companies, especially service-based businesses run by busy founders. Many of our clients are business mums, but we support a wide range of ambitious business owners across the UK.

Is there a turnover limit?
No, there’s no upper limit. While this is our foundation compliance package, we regularly handle Annual Accounts for companies turning over £5 million or more. Whether you’re just getting started or scaling fast, we’ve got you covered 🙌🏻. The pricing will reflect the size of your business and we will confirm this when we provide you with a quote. The Core Compliance Package fee covers Annual Accounts with a turnover of up to £70k per year. 

Is payroll limited to one person?

The one-director payroll is simply the base level. We’re partnered with a specialist payroll team that can handle additional employees, multiple directors or more complex payroll structures. Just let us know what you need, and we will adjust your package and fee to what you require 🤩.

Do I have to be based in Bristol to work with you?

Not at all. We serve clients across the UK. Our team is fully remote, and all of our processes are online and easy to use, no matter where you’re based.

What happens if I’m behind on filing or have historic accounts?

That’s very common, and we won’t judge ☺️ We’ve helped many clients get back on track with overdue accounts and late submissions. We’ll create a plan that works for you and take care of it from there.

What’s the support like?

You’ll get access to a WhatsApp group with our team, so you can ask questions in real time, without worrying if it’s a “silly” one. We’re big believers in clear, kind communication, and we always respond with your business in mind 😊

Can I upgrade or add extra services later?
