AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS OF SERVICE

AGREEMENT

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the BarrettStacey Accounting Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

BarrettStacey Accounting reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features or tools that enhance the current Program shall be subject to these Terms. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes consent to such changes.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commissions. You agree to use the Program at your own risk.

ACCOUNT TERMS

  1. You must be 18 years or older to participate in this Program.
  2. You must be a resident of the United Kingdom.

  7. You are responsible for all content and activities that occur under your account.
  8. Only one account is permitted per person or legal entity.
  9. Use of the Affiliate Program for illegal or unauthorised purposes is prohibited.
  10. You may not earn commissions on purchases made through your affiliate links for your own use.

LINKS/GRAPHICS ON YOUR SITE, EMAILS, OR OTHER COMMUNICATIONS

After signing up, you will receive a unique Affiliate Code. You may place links, banners, or other graphics provided by us with your Affiliate Code on your website, emails, or other communications. We will provide guidelines and graphical artwork for use in linking to BarrettStacey Accounting. We may update the artwork as needed but will notify you if the dimensions change.

To ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and commission accrual, use the special link formats provided. You will only earn commissions on sales directly tracked through these links on the BarrettStacey Accounting website. Incorrect usage of these links may result in a loss of commission payments.

REFERRAL FEES/COMMISSIONS AND PAYMENT

For a sale to be eligible for commission, the customer must click-through a special link from your site, email, or other communication to the BarrettStacey Accounting website and complete a purchase within that session.

  1. We will only pay commissions on links tracked by our system. We cannot pay commissions if a referral code was not tracked correctly by our system.
  2. Commissions may be disqualified if earned through fraudulent, illegal, or aggressive marketing methods.
  3. Payments begin once you have earned £20 in affiliate income. Commissions below £20 will not be realised or paid.

IDENTIFYING YOURSELF AS AN AFFILIATE

Affiliates may not issue any press releases or make any public statements regarding this Program. Misrepresentation or embellishment of your relationship with BarrettStacey Accounting may result in termination from the Program.

You may not purchase products for personal use through your affiliate links. Such purchases may lead to forfeiture of referral fees and/or termination from the Program.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Commissions over £20 will be paid monthly. If you haven’t earned £20 since your last payment, payment will roll over to the following month until the threshold is reached.
